1. Parents' documents, including the falcon's passports or ownership certificates or release certificates or ownership transfer certificates.
2. Form.
3. Images of eggs according to the required number.
For unknown falcon
- An official letter showing that the falcon has been obtained in a manner that does not violate the national and international regulations.
- A medical report containing the descriptive details of the falcon and the test results stating that the falcon is free from any epidemic and infectious diseases.
