AAll Agarwood species are listed on appendix II of CITES, and require the following:
1. CITES re-export or export certificate or a certificate of origin from the exporting country.
2-CITES import certificate from the importing country
Agarwood species products in the following quantities are excluded from the convention: 2 kg of oud wood / two beads, two necklaces or two bracelets made of oud wood, provided they are owned for personal or non-commercial purposes, are legally acquired and during export or re-export they must be either worn, carried or packed within personal baggage, or transported as part of household items, and must be of the species listed on appendix II and a non-living species.
