Service Description

Issuance of permit for companies willing to Import and Re-export of non-local fish (fresh/frozen/dried/cut/smoked/salted in addition to crustacean and molluscan), valid for two months from the date of issue.

Required Documents
  • Original invoice of fish products to be re-exported.
  • Copy of certificate of origin relating to the consignment.
  • Certificate of validity of export of foodstuff from the concerned authorities in the Country.
  • Certificate of packing issued from the factory of preparation of fish products licensed and approved by the Ministry, showing details of consignment of the exported fish, such as type and quantity of fish.
Terms and Conditions

The customer must meet the following conditions:

  • The company / corporation shall have a no objection certificate to import and re-export the non-local fish products.
  • The re-exported fish shall be imported fish.
  • The certificate of origin attached with the shipment shall have name of company concerned with re-export.
