Through this service, customers and Ministry employees can submit suggestions, development ideas and innovative solutions aimed at developing and improving areas of work in the Ministry

Service Process

To apply for a service over any of the service channels, you should register in the digital services system للتقديم على طلب عبر أي من قنوات تقديم الخدمة، يتطلب تسجيل حساب في نظام الخدمات الرقمية From here(من هنا)

  1. Submit the request through the Ministry’s approved channels.
  2. The suggestion is entered through the National System for Customer Relations Management.
  3. The suggestions are transferred to the competent department to study.
  4. Replying to the customer and closing the request.

Issue an import permit for live fish and aquatic organisms

Through this service, a permit is issued to import live fish, aquatic organisms, ornamental fish, and broodstock or larvae of fish and aquatic organisms. At the entry port, the consignment will be inspected and will be released after confirming the data listed in the import permit of the consignment and ensuring that it meets the necessary technical requirements (valid for three months from issuance date)
