About the Service

Through this service, customers can submit a report regarding facilities licensed or under inspection by the Ministry (such as veterinary clinics, crushers, quarries...) for being non-compliant with the applicable legislation and regulations. It also allows reporting environmental violations and observations related to non-compliance with the legislation in force in the country, and within the scope of the Ministry's power, with the aim to enhance compliance with legislation, protect the environment and ensure the implementation of approved procedures


Service Process

  1. 1. Submit the request through the Ministry’s approved channels.
  2. 2. The report is entered through the National System for Customer Relations Management.
  3. 3. Suggestions are transferred to the competent department to study.
  4. 4. Replying to the customer and closing the request.
