Request for a phytosanitary certificate for export or re-export

About the Service

A phytosanitary certificate is obtained for the export or re-export of plants or plant products outside the country (valid for two weeks from the date of issue)

Service Process

  1. Fill out the electronic form

  2. E - Payment

  3. Visual inspection and laboratory tests (if required)

  4. Issuing the certificate electronically

Required Documents

  • Origin Certificate
  • Invoice and table of contents
  • Any other documents/certificates required by the importing country

    Conditions & Requirements

    1. The exporter must have an effective account in the ministry's electronic services system
    2. Exported agricultural consignment should be free of all pests
    3. The exporter may not open the boxes in the consignments or parts form the boxes which are authorized to export or to change their distinctive marks except with permission and under the supervision of the quarantine inspector
    4. The exporting company shall ensure the requirements and documents required from the importing country
