Issue a veterinary establishment license

About the Service

Through this service, obtained the license of a veterinary establishment including (veterinary hospital, veterinary clinic, veterinary laboratory, veterinary scientific advisory office, veterinary drug store, veterinary pharmacy, artificial insemination center) valid for one year from the date of issue

Service Process

1. 1. Fill out the electronic form
2. 2. E - Payment
3. 3. Review the application and complete the procedures electronically
4. 4. Inspection of the establishment (Smart inspection will be conducted for the following activities:
5. Primary Veterinary Clinic (Primary Veterinary Clinic.pdf) - Veterinary Laboratory (Veterinary Laboratory.pdf)
6. 5. Issuing an initial approval for the licensing of a veterinary facility electronically
7. 6. Complete the application electronically
8. 7. Issuing the license electronically

Required Documents

1. To issue initial approval:
2. 1. Adopting a trade name from the local authority concerned
3. 2. Copy of the lease or ownership contract of the veterinary establishment
4. For veterinary hospitals, and Commercial production farms add the following documents:
5. 1- Copy of a permit / environmental license from the competent local authority
6. 2- Copy of the site plan and the installations on it
7. For commercial production farms, the following document is added:
8. 1- A copy of an internal construction plan of the farm prepared by an engineering office approved by the competent local authority
9. To issue the license:
