Import of animal samples

About the Service

Through this service an import permit is obtained by approving the importation of animal samples for laboratory tests from outside the country (except animal samples under CITES agreement annexes), this permission is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. These samples are inspected at the port of entry and released after confirming their compliance with the conditions and specifications

2. For release permit: 1. Fill out the electronic form 2. E-payment 3. Virtual inspection of the consignment 4. Issue release permit electronically

Required Documents

1. For import permit: No objection letter / certificate from the Veterinary Authority in the Exporting country stating that it
2. has no objection to the exit of specimens and their undertaking that these samples have been withdrawn and processed under their supervision
