Service Description

Through this service the fisher can obtain the annual support materials (fishing boats’ engines) provided by the Ministry to the local fishers on the basis of specific requirements.

Service Procedures

  1. Fill-out the e-form
  2. Payment of materials electronically (50% of purchase value)
  3. Issuance of an electronic exchange order
  4. Delivery of materials to the fishe

50% of purchase value

Required Documents

  • Stamped salary certificate or a court certificate declaring that the applicant is unemployed.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The gross salary of the fisher does not exceed AED 30,000
  2. Th­e fisher did not receive engine support within the last 3 years
  3. The fisher is enlisted in the Ministry’s public register for at least 3 years
  4. Th­e fisher practices fishing on an ongoing basis. MOCCAE will seek verification as it sees fit
  5. The fisher has not committed a violation in the previous year for possessing or using prohibited fishing tools or equipment in accordance with the relevant laws
