ADM adds new exit to Al Bahr Towers, improves Intersection 69

The Urban Planning and Municipalities Department – Abu Dhabi City Municipality is starting construction works of an additional exit point for Al Bahr Towers including improvements of Intersection A 69. The step is set to streamline the traffic movement and fits well with the sustainable development requirements as well as Abu Dhabi Vision aimed to upgrade the infrastructure.

The project is part of the Municipality's commitment to improve the infrastructure and bring it in line with the growth seen in the capital city Abu Dhabi. It is also part of efforts aimed to provide modern road services and ensuring smooth traffic flow for the benefit of all road users. To mitigate the impact of these works on traffic safety, coordination is made with relevant bodies such the traffic signals control centre to ensure the synchronisation of the traffic signals. The objective of this step is to fend off traffic congestion and ensure smooth traffic flow and reduce any impact on the smooth vehicular flow. Undertaking such improvements contributes to the sweeping development and upgrades the infrastructure of the city. It renews the commitment of Abu Dhabi City Municipality to step up the delivery of quality of services compatible with the highest standards of traffic safety worldwide.
