Service Description

Through this service the fisher can obtain the annual support materials provided by the Ministry to the local fishers on the basis of specific requirements.

Service Procedures

To apply for a service over any of the service channels, you should register in the digital services system From here

  1. Fill-out the electronic form
  2. Payment of materials electronically (50% of purchase value)
  3. Issuance of an electronic exchange order
  4. Delivery of materials to the fisher

Service Fees

50% of purchase value

Required Documents

  • Stamped salary certificate or a court certificate declaring that the applicant is unemployed.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The salary should not exceed 25,000 dirhams based on salary certificate
  2. The fisher is enlisted in the Ministry’s public register before 2020.
  3. Th­e fisher did not receive support materials after 2016 (with the exception of the fisher who received support materials in 2022)
  4. The fisher actively engages and practices fishing
  5. The fisher has not committed the following violations (possession or using prohibited fishing tools or equipment in accordance with the relevant laws, fishing during spawning season, and fishing in permanently or temporary prohibited areas) from 2022 to 2023.
