Service Description

To issue a phytosanitary certificate for the consignments to be export or re-export outside the country after assuring that they are free from quarantine pests and diseases.

Service Procedures
  1. Fill out the e-form .
  2. E - Payment  
  3. Apparent examination of the issued consignment, and take samples and send them to the laboratory when necessary.
  4. Issue phytosanitary certificate and deliver electronically or manually

Terms and Conditions
  • material must be exported from within the material authorized for export.
  • Should not be material to be exported from imported materials prohibited in the importing country.
  • The consignment to be ready for export in its final form for inspection.
  • The issuer may not open the parcel, which is authorized to be exported or parts thereof, or change the markings except with the permission and under the supervision of Engineer.
  • Process is cleansing and treatment required by the legislation of the importing countries or requested by the source at his own expense and in the manner approved by the competent authority and under the supervision of Engineer.
